Your First Step Towards Better Nutrition – The Initial Consultation
The process begins with a free 25-minute consultation where we first discuss the health goal you want to achieve. From there, we take a closer look at your daily life: What do you like to eat? How often do you cook? What does your work routine look like? How active are you throughout the day? We also touch on topics such as sleep, stress, and any existing symptoms or health concerns.
This conversation provides the foundation for a personalized nutrition program tailored to your lifestyle and designed to support both your dietary habits and your overall daily routine.
During the consultation, my goal is to understand your unique situation. We take a holistic approach, considering both nutrition and physical activity as key factors in health, energy, and well-being. This includes your dietary habits, daily routines, and exercise patterns—whether structured or irregular—to develop a sustainable strategy.
We also address factors like metabolic imbalances, digestive concerns, and dietary challenges. My guidance is tailored to all eating styles—omnivorous, vegetarian, or vegan—ensuring an approach that suits your needs. If fitness or muscle building is part of your goals, I provide targeted advice to optimize nutrition for strength, endurance, and recovery.

This allows you to easily stay on track and in touch – wherever you are. You’ll always have your personal nutrition coach with you – right on your phone. No paperwork, no complicated tools – just one app that organizes your entire coaching program and supports your progress every day.
The app can also sync with a wide range of other tools, including Apple Health, Google Fit, Samsung Health, and popular food tracking apps. Relevant data is automatically imported, giving you a full overview of your progress. With synchronization enabled, I can also view your data in real time and provide precise support when you need it most.

3. Nutrition Session
After you receive your personal program, we arrange a one-hour consultation. This session serves as the official start of your active implementation phase and provides space for detailed guidance and clarification.
During this appointment, I explain every part of your program step by step. We go through the structure of the plan, your individual recommendations, the recipe system, and the sample week. I show you how to use the tools included in the program and wie you can incorporate them into your daily life.
In this session, you also have the opportunity to ask all the questions that may have arisen after reviewing the documents. I take the time to answer your questions in detail and make sure that all content is clearly understood. My goal is to ensure that you feel confident, well-prepared, and ready to put the recommendations into practice.
If you would like further support, we can use this session to discuss the options for ongoing follow-up appointments. This may include regular check-ins, updates to your program, or targeted coaching based on your progress and new goals.
4. Coaching & Monitoring

You have direct access to me for questions, feedback, and motivation—everything organized in one easy-to-use app.
Through regular check-ins and one-on-one video calls, we reflect on what’s working, identify challenges, and adjust your strategy as needed. You’ll track progress using weight, measurements, and health data, with clear charts that show your development over time.
To support habit-building, you receive weekly tasks and challenges, while step-by-step guides ensure you always know what to do. All materials, communication, and tools are fully digital—your personal coach is just a tap away.
