Your First Step Towards Better Nutrition – The Initial Consultation
The process begins with a free 25-minute consultation where we first discuss the health goal you want to achieve. From there, we take a closer look at your daily life: What do you like to eat? How often do you cook? What does your work routine look like? How active are you throughout the day? We also touch on topics such as sleep, stress, and any existing symptoms or health concerns.
This conversation provides the foundation for a personalized nutrition program tailored to your lifestyle and designed to support both your dietary habits and your overall daily routine.
During the consultation, I focus on understanding your unique situation. We take a holistic approach that treats nutrition and physical activity as key drivers of health, energy, and well-being. This includes your eating habits, daily routines, and exercise patterns, whether structured or irregular, so that we can develop a strategy you can sustain.
We also look at factors such as metabolic patterns, digestive concerns, and dietary constraints. My guidance accommodates all eating styles, including omnivorous, vegetarian, and vegan, so the plan fits your needs. If building fitness or muscle is part of your goals, I provide targeted advice to optimize nutrition for strength, endurance, and recovery.

One app organises your entire coaching program and supports your progress every day.
The app can connect with common services such as Apple Health, Google Fit, Samsung Health, and popular food tracking apps. Relevant data can be imported automatically to give you a complete view of your progress. With synchronisation enabled, I can review your information in a timely manner and provide precise support when you need it most.

3. Nutrition Session
After you receive your personal program, we arrange a one-hour consultation. This session serves as the official start of your active implementation phase and provides space for detailed guidance and clarification.
During this appointment, I explain every part of your program step by step. We go through the structure of the plan, your individual recommendations, the recipe system, and the sample week. I show you how to use the tools included in the program and wie you can incorporate them into your daily life.
In this session, you also have the opportunity to ask all the questions that may have arisen after reviewing the documents. I take the time to answer your questions in detail and make sure that all content is clearly understood. My goal is to ensure that you feel confident, well-prepared, and ready to put the recommendations into practice.
If you would like further support, we can use this session to discuss the options for ongoing follow-up appointments. This may include regular check-ins, updates to your program, or targeted coaching based on your progress and new goals.
4. Coaching & Monitoring
Your active coaching phase starts here. This is where you turn your plan into lasting change. You have direct access to me for questions, feedback, and motivation. Everything is organised in one easy-to-use app.
Through regular check-ins and one-on-one video calls, we review what works, identify challenges, and adjust your strategy when needed. You track progress with weight, measurements, and health data. Clear charts show how your development evolves over time.
To build habits, you receive weekly tasks and challenges. Step-by-step guides make sure you always know what to do. All materials, communication, and tools are fully digital. Your personal coach is only a tap away.
